Appointments at Bodyscape Spa are in high demand. So, in our desire to be effective and fair to both our valued clients and our skilled therapists, we have instituted the following policy:

Scheduled clients must call or message Bodyscape a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment time when canceling or rescheduling. Note: A response is required for confirmation. This allows another client to benefit from the available opening. Without adequate notice, you will be responsible for 100% of your scheduled treatment fee.

At our discretion, the charge will be deducted from the outstanding balance of an existing gift card or credit card on file. Otherwise, it must be paid in full before the rendering of your next service or further scheduling will not be possible.
