We understand that unanticipated events happen from time to time. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for us as therapists valuable time, we have adopted the following policy:
Please call a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment when canceling or rescheduling. This allows someone else to fill in the available time.
Without adequate notice, you will be responsible for 100% of your scheduled treatment fee. At our discretion, the charge will be deducted from the outstanding balance of an existing gift card, or credit card on file. Otherwise, it must be paid in full before the rendering of your next service.
